Booster Club Meetings

Everyone's welcome. 🐺

You don't need a title, a committee, or any experience — just show up. We meet once a month to plan events, vote on funding requests, and keep the Pack moving.

What happens at a meeting

No pressure, no pop quizzes. A typical meeting runs about an hour and looks like this:

👋

Welcome & updates

Quick hellos, treasurer's report, and updates from each committee — fundraising, spirit wear, operations, and more.

🗳️

Spring allocations

Once a year, in the spring, programs submit requests and the board votes on how the year's fundraising is shared out. We don't usually take requests outside that process — come to a meeting and we'll tell you when it opens.

🏁

Event planning

Whatever's next on the calendar — the Turkey Chase 5K, Trivia Night, or the Roster Book — gets its planning time here.

🙋

Volunteer sign-ups

Big jobs, small jobs, one-hour jobs. You'll never leave a meeting without a way to help (unless you want to!).

Agendas & minutes

Missed a meeting? Agendas and approved minutes will be posted here after each meeting so everyone can stay in the loop.

Can't make Mondays? You can still help.

Volunteer at an event, sponsor a program, or grab some spirit wear — every bit gets us closer to giving back $100,000 to Prairie Ridge this year.
